General Tips

  • Sign up every day at Big Fish Casino to play the free Daily Spin game (A). This is combined with a rising bonus (B) for sign up every day (max 25k) and a bonus (C) for your Facebook friends (1,000 chips per friend up to 25k chips).
  • Select Enter (D).
  • Use the free chips every 31 minutes. When you buy chips and gold, you can increase the number of chips you receive by increasing your VIP tier.

The Lobby and Game Rooms

  • You may manage your friends by selecting this button (F).
  • Select this option to display the current leaderboards (G).
  • The gear button will call up the “Settings” menu (H). Select game and account settings here; You can also access the game help here. Connect your Facebook page and add friends to earn extra chips.
  • Your profile is at the top of the screen. it shows your current status, total chips, gold and XP (I).
  • Choose here for a chip bonus. The countdown clock shows how long until the next chip bonus is (J).
  • The “Get chips” button in the top right-hand corner will lead you to load (K), or you can select the bottom-left (L) button.
  • Choose to earn free chips by watching videos (M).
  • Look for clubs that can join you by pressing this key (N).
  • Check out this banner for sales, tournaments and more (O)!
  • If you select the various games from the lobby, you can go to the staging area of this game (green).
  • Go to the Rewards Center to use your chips (P) to win your tickets.
  • Select this option to access the Slot Tournaments (Q) area.
  • Enter the VIP Lounge (R).
  • Select this option to invite friends and earn chips (S).
  • Once you have selected a game button in the lobby area, you will be taken to the staging area.
  • Several rooms are available from here; just pick one and you will go to a random table (pink).
  • Each room indicates the minimum bet or buy-in (T). If you do not have the minimum, you can not enter the room.
  • Select Private or Friends only (U).
  • These are players currently playing here (V); choose to read their stats.

Profile

  • Select your profile in the upper left corner of the lobby. Here you can check your gift activities, statistics and friends.
  • Edit here (A) your profile name. Select the image (B) to edit the photos. You can upload up to 3 images to reflect how you feel. Once you have uploaded them, just choose to change.
  • Here you can create a personal message, send gifts, access messages, and enter personal information if you want (C). You can also see your current level and when you reach the next, along with club information.
  • The “Social” button (D) shows your current friends. Choose a friend to read the same information as in your profile. Send them a present! You can also set your account here to “Private”.
  • The activity button shows the last gifts you gave away (E).
  • The “Statistics” button will tell you how many times you played, best hand, and other information about the different games you played (F).
  • Select ‘Help’ for a link to the support page (G).

Friends

  • If you select the Friends icon in the lobby, you will be taken to your Friends page.
  • You can also see your current friends listed on the page.
  • Choose the “Requirements” button and then confirm or ignore the friend (H).
  • Read here private messages (I).
  • Select the “Invite friends to play” buttons to connect to Facebook and invite them to play (J).
  • If you know your friend’s code, select the Add Friend button and enter its code (K).
  • You can also select a person’s avatar anywhere to access their profile. Join their game and select them to add friend.

Chips, Gold, and Tickets

  • Earn free chips for every 30 minutes by selecting the “Free Chips” button in the lobby (A). Make purchases to earn VIP points and increase your VIP level and you can increase this bonus.
  • Visit the store and select  the Get Chips button (B) or the Store button (C). Buying chips will earn you points to increase your VIP level.
  • You can also earn free chips by watching a video (D).
  • Invite friends to increase their chip recording (E).
  • Go to the Reward Center (F) to earn as many  chips and gold! Tickets are earned for every shop purchase and level up.
  • There are several different mini-games with different ticket costs (G). The more the ticket cost, the bigger the reward.
  • The treasure hunt mini-game costs one ticket (H). Choose one of the three chests to play (I).
  • You turn the wheel in Lucky Spin (J), drop a chip on the Plinkotron (K) and choose one of three Snowmen three times in Beach Party while avoiding the Goon (L).
  • In KENO, choose 5 numbers and match 1, 2 or 3 numbers to win (M).
  • Each minigame has a random set of rewards. Once you have completed a mini-game, your prize will be automatically added to your account.

Likes and Gifts While Playing

  • “Like” a player is a sign of congratulations and thanks to that particular player. Select a player’s avatar and press the “Like” button (N). You can “like” a player once per hour.
  • Choose the “Gift” button to open the gift shop (O).
  • You can use chips and gold to buy a gift or chips for this player, yourself or the entire table (P).
  • You can also look at her profile (Q) or invite her to be a friend (R).

VIP Rewards Program

  • Buy gold and chips to earn VIP points (A). Each VIP level gives you more bonus chips, and each purchase earns VIP points along with bonus chips.
  • Earn experience points (XP) simply by playing the games (B). You can also earn XP to make gifts and win.
  • Winning XP and leveling will earn you new titles (C), bonus chips and gold.

Sales, Giveaways, and Bonuses

  • The sale takes a limited time, and only purchases made during the sale qualify for the special price (D).
  • Look at the banners (E) and notification pop-ups (F).
  • There are sometimes bonuses and giveaways that could be given to tickets, gold or chips to all who play that day. 
  • Be on the look-out for several-hour bonus days and special events.
